I've ordered a demon slayer swimsuit off of Miccostumes because I've heard great things about them. Well I ordered the swimsuit in March and it said it would arrive by May 11-13 and it's currently May 17! I've contacted them through email a lot and haven't even gotten a reply. I've looked up why it's taking so long and it said they're probably making the costume but it should of been done by now and others have gotten theirs way faster! Honestly do not buy from Miccostumes they're service sucks and are most likely a scam!

It is really good quiality and it very well made, but if you have large chest don't big. I got a large, where the bottom fit, but the top was more of a small than large. If I got the extra large the bottom would be too big. I'm scared how small the extra large would be with the large top being so small. I was so upset that I feel like I wasted my money for a suit I can't even wear. That do not take in consideration for large chested woman.

I bought a costume from this company a few weeks ago before I read the reviews on here. During the time I was waiting for the costume to arrive, however, I decided to look at the reviews and was horrified as a lot of them were saying that they were a scam company. I just sort of accepted it and moved on and convinced myself that I probably wasn't going to get the costume. But a few weeks later, it came! And I was pleasantly surprised by it. It fits well and feels comfortable and it's decent quality. However, after reading so many negative reviews of this company, I don't think I want to risk buying from them again, just in case this was a one-off positive experience. I could have just been one of the lucky ones, so if you're reading this, I would recommend reading the negative one-star reviews before buying. I wouldn't take that risk again!

I used to really love ordering from Miccostumes and always used to recommend them. I've used them since 2016 and since then, they have gone down hill. They used to have a good range of male character costumes but now, they are far and few between. What's worst is that most of the male character costumes that they do have, are in female sizes. This is very rude and frustrating as it basically shuts out male cosplayers and can make them feel insecure. Another bad thing they do is constantly making sexy/alternative versions of a lot of the characters that they already do instead of making new characters. They've axed loads of costumes that I was going to get (mainly male characters that includes a most of their Kirito costumes). Lastly, the quality can be poor and seams do seem to burst fairly easily sometimes.
Would I buy from them again? Only if there is a costume that I want and can't get better elsewhere.

Do not buy from here. This company is terrible! Do not buy anything from here they just take your money and never send you the item you ordered. I waited almost half a year for my costume to arrive, sadly nothing came. I sent the company a message asking where is my order and asking for a refund. After a few days they replied. And they didn't refund or even answer my question. I'm never buying from here ever AGAIN!

There's not a lot anyone can do either, but their designs are poorer versions of more dedicated small businesses.

Customer service took forever to respond.
Bought a MHA uniform, one of the buttons fell off after one con, sent in a customer support ticket to ask if I could purchase a new button and install it myself.
About a week or so of back and forth messages trying to confirm whether or not I bought an item from them, finally said that the buttons couldn’t be sent individually and that since I was past my return date, they couldn’t even offer me a partial refund, which I didn’t even want in the first place. I just wanted some damn buttons.
Waste of my time and effort.

Ordered a Bowsette Cosplay - bodysuit and wig. They weren't the best quality but certainly wasn't bad. Came with many accessories and was overall pretty good. The bodysuit however was on the smaller side so I'd maybe recommend ordering a size up

My order never arrived. When I contacted them for a replacement or refund, they offered no refund and said I could purchase the same order for half the price. There was no guarantee it would be delivered again so I didn't order it again. And they still wouldn't refund me at all. Now I'm out about $100. Never ordering from them again.

My package got lost during shipment (value of $150+) but Miccostumes sent me a new package! When the package arrived it became clear why the first package got lost. It was packed in a bag, not in a box, so the first package probably got lost because the bag broke. Overall good costumer service and good quality products.

Ordered 2 outfits for my daughter. Measured her up, left a bit of size and ordered her the Asian Medium. Items arrived in perfect time and fit her lovely, with a bit of space incase she gets bigger. Some of them are so detailed and she is over the moon. They are quality outfits.

Amazing, great quality. took a while to ship but that was expected
